■Shipping Notice for Orders to the United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, acceptance of EMS (International Speed Mail) shipments to the United States has been temporarily suspended. At this time, there has been no official announcement regarding when the service will resume, and the situation remains uncertain. As a temporary alternative, orders for customers residing in the United States will be shipped via UGX (Yu Global Express).

■UGX Shipping Rates to the United States

The following shipping rates are estimates. Actual shipping charges may vary depending on the size and dimensions of the package.

※The above UGX fees include an additional ¥500 handling and packing charge.

【Additional Shipping Information】

・UGX shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.

Shipping costs are finalized after packing; therefore, the shipping fee shown at the time of order may differ from the actual shipping cost. If a difference in shipping fees occurs, we will contact you by email before dispatch to request payment of the additional amount.(Sender email address: museum-shop@kusaba-kazuhisa.com)

・Customs duties and clearance fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).

・Shipping insurance is available for reproduction works and TOSAIGA artworks. Eligible customers will receive information regarding insurance via email at a later date.

・If you wish to add insurance for other items, please contact us at the time of ordering. (Insurance can only be added prior to shipment.)
