【Shipping Costs and Insurance Adjustmen】

With UGX, the final shipping cost is determined based on the package dimensions and the insurance premium, which is calculated according to the value of your order.
Should the actual shipping cost exceed the amount charged at the time of your order, we will contact you by email prior to shipment to inform you of the difference and kindly request the additional payment.
If the shipping cost falls within the amount already paid, no further action will be required, and we will proceed with the shipment promptly.

【Customs Duties and Fees】
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are separate from the shipping fee.
