1. Open the login page. （Click here for the login page）

2. Click the red sentence “If you forgot your password or wish to change your password, please click here.”
below the part “If you are already a member, please sign in here.”

3. The notation “Reset password” would appear on the same part.
Enter the email address you have registered for the online shop in the blank, and click the blue “Submit” button.

4. You will get an email “Reset your account”.
Follow the indications in the email and set the new password.

This completes the new password setting.
